"Another shop quoted a $210 'drivetrain replacement.' These guys measured the chain, said it had a season left, adjusted everything for $85, and told me what to listen for. Customer forever."

Before you drop it off

Which tune does my bike actually need?

Ridden regularly and serviced within a year: Basic. It's been 2+ years or shifting's gone crunchy: Full. Found it in the garage, dusty, from the before-times: Overhaul, and we'll confirm with a free 5-minute look before you commit.

Do you work on department-store bikes and e-bikes?

Both — a bike is a bike. E-bikes: all mechanical work plus diagnostics for the major systems (Bosch, Shimano); battery/motor warranty work goes back to the brand and we'll tell you when that's the case.

How does the photo estimate work?

During the check, anything needing parts gets photographed and texted with the price. Reply yes or no per item — no reply, no parts, tune proceeds with what's included. Your bill is never a surprise.

How long will it take in spring?

Honestly: April–June runs 5–8 days for tunes. Book online and drop off on your scheduled day — the queue moves by appointment, not by pile. Flats and safety-critical fixes always jump the line, same-day.
