subcontracted trips, ever — our buses, our drivers

"Our wedding planner said 'book Milestone and stop thinking about transportation.' She was right — 140 guests moved three times, and the only comment anyone made was about the driver's bow tie."

Before you book the bus

What's actually in the all-in quote?

Vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls, parking, standard gratuity, and cleaning. The only additions possible after signing are hours YOU add on trip day — at the hourly rate printed on the quote. Compare that against any "base rate" quote you're holding.

How far ahead should we book?

Wedding season Saturdays: 3–6 months. Corporate weekdays and airport runs: 1–2 weeks usually works. The quote itself takes 4 business hours, so finding out costs nothing.

Can we drink on board?

On charters where everyone's 21+, yes — coolers welcome, glass discouraged, and the $250 refundable cleaning deposit has been returned on 96% of party trips. The driver stays boring; that's the whole point.

What happens if the bus breaks down?

Our maintenance program makes it rare (2 roadside incidents in 2,400 trips), and our own backup fleet plus a reciprocal network means a replacement rolls immediately — not a shrug and a refund while 40 people stand on a curb.
