Personal injury · Trial attorneys

The insurance company has lawyers. Now you do.

Calloway & Reyes takes injury cases to trial — and insurers know it. That reputation is why most of our cases settle for real numbers without one.

No fee unless we win. We advance every cost — filing, experts, depositions. If there's no recovery, you owe nothing. Ever.

What we take on

Serious injuries. Contested liability. Real trial preparation.

Practice Area

Vehicle Collisions

Car, truck, motorcycle, rideshare. We reconstruct the crash with our own experts before the insurer's version becomes the record.

Practice Area

Premises & Work Injuries

Falls, equipment failures, unsafe property. We photograph, subpoena, and preserve evidence in the first week — before it disappears.

Practice Area

Wrongful Death

Handled by a named partner personally, start to finish. We cap our caseload so these families never talk to a case manager instead of their lawyer.

How a case actually proceeds

Four stages. You're informed at every one.

I.

Free Case Review

An attorney — not intake staff — evaluates your case within 24 hours and tells you honestly if you have one.

II.

Investigation

Evidence preserved, experts retained, treatment documented. We advance all costs.

III.

Demand & Negotiation

A demand built on trial-ready evidence. You approve or reject every offer — that decision is always yours.

IV.

Settlement or Trial

If the number isn't right, we try the case. Insurers track which firms fold. We're not on that list.

"Their first offer was $28,000 and I almost took it. Calloway & Reyes settled it for $740,000 fourteen months later. They called me every other week the whole time."

Plain answers

What injured people actually ask

What does "no fee unless we win" really mean?

Our fee is a percentage of the recovery — one-third pre-suit, forty percent if we file — and we advance all case costs. No recovery, no fee, no cost reimbursement. It's in the engagement letter in plain English.

The insurer already made me an offer. Is it fair?

First offers are calculated to close files cheaply — often before your treatment is even finished. The free review includes an honest read on the offer; sometimes we tell people to take it.

How long will my case take?

Straightforward cases settle in 6–12 months; contested liability or serious injuries run 12–24, longer if we try it. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the review — not a sales pitch.

Will I actually talk to my lawyer?

Yes. We cap our caseload specifically so attorneys return their own calls within one business day. Ask any firm you interview what their caseload per attorney is — then ask us.
