What does a full landscape project cost?

Most complete transformations run $25,000–$80,000 — which is exactly why we phase. The $950 plan prices each phase separately so you can build the bones now and add the fire pit when the budget's ready. No phase strands the next one.

Why natives? Is that just a trend?

Natives are the plants that evolved for this soil and rainfall — which means less watering, less replacement, and more birds. We're not purists; we're pragmatists who like plants that don't die. The 1-year guarantee is easy to offer when you plant what belongs.

Do I have to build with you if I buy the plan?

No — the plan is yours, dimensioned and plant-listed, buildable by any competent contractor. About 80% of plan clients build with us; the fee credits toward phase one when they do.

When should we start?

Design in any season; hardscape builds run spring–fall; planting lands best in spring and early fall. Winter design clients get first pick of spring build slots — the calendar rewards the patient.
