Straight answers

Before the bid walk

Can you really paint without disrupting business?

Yes — that's the entire operating model. Nights, weekends, and phased sections with low-VOC product mean customers and staff never share air with wet paint. The schedule is contractual, down to re-open time.

How do multi-unit turns work?

Standing pricing per unit type, 48-hour standard turnaround, and a shared calendar your leasing office can drop units into. Volume properties get a dedicated crew — same painters, every turn.

Are your crews insured for our building's requirements?

$2M liability, workers' comp, and lift certifications — with the COI sent to your PM before day one, unprompted. We fill out vendor packets without complaining, which we're told is rare.

How do you price — and does the bid hold?

Per sqft from a site walk or drawings, with surface prep spec'd in writing. The bid holds; only a signed scope change moves it. Surprise invoices are how painters lose property accounts, and we keep ours for years.
