Measured progress. Not endless visits.

One-on-one, 55-minute sessions with the same Doctor of Physical Therapy every time. You'll see your numbers — range, strength, pain — tracked from day one, and a discharge date we're both working toward.

Evaluation $150 · Sessions $120 self-pay · Most insurance accepted — verified free before you book

What we treat

If it limits how you move, it's our job.

Injury & Post-Surgical

Rotator cuffs, ACLs, ankle sprains, joint replacements. We coordinate directly with your surgeon's protocol — and push exactly as fast as it allows.

Chronic Pain & Backs

Low back, neck, and the pain you've "just lived with" for years. Movement-based treatment with measurable weekly targets — not heat packs and a clipboard.

Athletes & Return-to-Sport

Objective return-to-play testing: force plates, hop tests, strength symmetry. You go back when the numbers say so, not the calendar.

How a plan of care works

Three phases. A discharge date from day one.

The average Range plan is 8–12 visits. Clinics that book you "twice a week, indefinitely" are running a different business model.

Visit 1

Evaluation & baseline

A 55-minute assessment: movement screen, strength and range measured, diagnosis explained in plain English. You leave with the full plan and its price.

Visits 2–8

Treatment & tracking

One-on-one sessions, never handed to a tech with a resistance band. Every visit re-measures; your dashboard shows the trend line.

Final visits

Discharge & self-reliance

A home program you can actually keep, discharge testing, and one free re-check within 6 months if anything flares.

"Eight visits. My old clinic had me at twenty-six and counting, doing the same three exercises. Range measured everything, showed me the graph, and discharged me."

Honest answers

What patients ask first

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No — this state allows direct access, so you can book the evaluation today. If imaging or a physician consult is warranted, we'll tell you at the eval and help arrange it.

What does a full plan actually cost?

Self-pay: $150 eval + $120/session, so a typical 8–12 visit plan runs $1,110–$1,590 — you'll have your exact number at visit one. With insurance, we verify your benefits free before you book, so the copay isn't a surprise.

How is this different from the PT mill I went to?

55 minutes one-on-one with the same DPT, measurements every visit, and a discharge date we aim at. No techs, no three-patients-an-hour, no exercise-sheet babysitting.

What if it's not working?

The data tells us early. If your numbers aren't moving by visit 4–5, we change the approach or refer you out — we don't ride a failing plan to visit 20.
